Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find and apply for a job on Caribbean Hotel Jobs, whatever phone or computer they use and however they read.

What we do

• Works on any phone. The site is built for small screens first and stays light, so it loads on slow or prepaid connections.
• Readable text. Large, clear text, strong contrast between text and background, and plain words.
• Keyboard and screen readers. You can use the whole site with a keyboard, and we label buttons, links and form fields so screen readers can read them.
• Zoom. You can zoom to 200% or use your phone's largest text size and still use the site.
• Less motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn animations off.
• Simple applying. You can apply without an account, and you can send a photo of a paper CV instead of a document.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Known problems

• Job descriptions are written by employers, so their wording and formatting can vary.
• Some older uploaded CVs or company documents may not be accessible.
